Noise Pollution, Work Space Vibe

Noise pollution can hurt you more than you think.

Noise pollution
is noise generated by people, animals, or machinery. Noises above 85 decibels are harmful to the ears, so we should avoid areas with loud noises that exceed our hearing tolerance.

There are many noise sources that we encounter in our daily lives, such as the sounds of airplanes, trains, construction, transportation systems, alarms, road drilling machines, and industrial sources.

Physical effects : Permanent hearing loss, high blood pressure and circulatory problems, as well as heart disease.

Mental health effects: Insufficient sleep from noise can cause stress and panic attacks that can progress to mental illness and depression.

Impact on concentration, learning and work: Especially in school-age children, noise can affect memory, concentration, attention and even learning skills such as reading, listening and creativity.

Noise pollution affects mental health, causing stress, anxiety, irritability, and even depression. It can also disrupt sleep, reduce concentration, and decrease work performance. Prolonged exposure to loud noise can affect the brain’s information processing and increase the risk of cognitive impairment.
